3) Water Therapy
Soaking in warm water can also help relieve joint pains. In fact, it can help loosen the joints and prolong the effect of water therapy way after your soak. This is because a warm water soak can decrease the force of gravity that’s causing the joints to compress, decreasing the swelling and increasing the circulation. Just make sure that you soak in warm water only, not hot. You can also do some stretching exercises while you’re in the water.
